Drug Dealer Bites Police Officer and Escapes Hospital Guarded By Police

drug dealer

A verdict is expected today in the case of the alleged drug dealer who resold drugs purchased on the darkweb. The defendant on trial is the same one who bit a police officer during the execution of a search warrant at his apartment.,

Today is the last day of a trial for a 26-year-old from Achern. According to prosecutors, the defendant conspired with a Dutch-German drug trafficking organization responsible for selling more than 500 kilograms of amphetamines on the darkweb. The group also sold MDMA, ecstasy pills, and heroin.

During a search at the house owned by one of the members of the organization, the police seized electronic devices. The Münster public prosecutor’s office authorized a search of the devices. The search resulted in the discovery of supposed customer lists. The lists included the names and addresses of the group’s customers from as early as 2018.

One of the customers is the 26-year-old from Achern, investigators determined. The records indicated that the 26-year-old drug dealer had purchased hundreds of grams of amphetamines between late 2018 and early 2019.

Prosecutors authorized a search of the 26-year-old’s apartment where investigators found evidence linking the defendant to drug crimes as early as 2017. The indictment accuses the defendant of 32 crimes, including 29 narcotics trafficking charges as well as one possession charge, and two charges stemming from his interaction with law enforcement during his arrest.

Evidence seized during the apartment search resulted in the discovery of enough evidence to link the defendant to specific violations of drug trafficking laws, including:

  • selling 120 grams of marijuana in 2017;
  • 150 grams of hashish in 2018;
  • 200 grams of marijuana in 2019;
  • and various quantities of cocaine, amphetamine, hashish, and marijuana in 2020;
  • and 500 grams of amphetamine between 2018 and 2019.

The police claimed the defendant resisted arrest and insulted them during the apartment search. He also allegedly attacked the police, bit them, set his dog on officers, and tried to take one officer’s service weapon.

Police escorted the 26-year-old to a nearby hospital for a blood sample. Despite being guarded by the police, he escaped from the hospital for several days. The police caught him six days later.

If a verdict of guilty is returned later today, a lengthy sentence is suspected due to the significant quantities of drugs distributed, the involvement of an international drug trafficking group, and his “extremely irrational” behavior during his arrest.

  1. this is a prime example of why you should never log customer addresses.

    and what in the fuck, “he also allegedly attacked the police, bit them, set his dog on officers, and tried to take one officer’s service weapon”.
